She uses her beauty and charm to lure you to the delicacies of the sea.... pairing her with shellfish, calamari fritti or salmon.  An excellent complement to any mouth watering sweet or savory appetizer, beet salad, light cheeses, or   charcuterie. She’s also perfect being sipped by herself; chilled she’s as refreshing as a dip in the sea.
