Our Sauvignon Blanc has been barrel fermented and aged Sur Lie, resulting in complex and indulging aromas of lemon curd, honey and buttered brioche.  This is a full-bodied white wine with a creamy mouthfeel, and a hint of marmalade and shaved almond on the finish. Pair with fresh white fish, scallops, seafood risotto, pastas with spring vegetables, and dry or soft goat cheeses.
