Pinot Grigio, as it is known in Italy, is the best known "white" variant clone of Pinot Noir.  Ours is off-dry, with sweet tropical aromas of pineapple, guava, apricot, and marzipan. Fermented cold in stainless steel, this wine retains its fresh floral and fruit flavors. With a crisp and refreshing finish, our Pinot Grigio pairs nicely with paella, fish & chips, and rich shellfish dishes. For dessert, pair with custard-filled delights or crème brûlée.
