Our Sauvignon Blanc has delicate aromas of grapefruit, key lime, green apple, and a hint of jasmine. The palate is light and crisp, with a stony minerality on the finish. This wine pairs well with oysters, fresh crab and char-grilled squid and also cheeses flavored with garlic and herbs such as Le Roulé and Boursin.
