Touted as one of the “healthiest” red wine grapes, due to the high level of antioxidants, our Tannat is packed with ripe plum, raspberry, licorice, and brown spice aromas.  The palate is bold with tannins that has softened through the aging process.  Tannat begs to be paired with protein-rich grilled meats, fatty dishes, BBQ, as well as cheeses like Gorgonzola, Brie, and even chocolate.
