Primitivo 2016 | Amador County

Primitivo 2016 | Amador County

Our Primitivo, sometimes called the Mother of Zinfandel, is grown by Dominick at his vineyard in Amador County. This full-bodied Primitivo  has aromas and flavors of red cherries and dried cranberries, along with vanilla, tobacco, and a hint of nuttiness on the finish. This robust red pairs perfectly with Mediterranean dishes, lasagna, grilled red meats; lamb chops, strong cheeses, and is wonderful poured over peaches.
